Ronin Web Ops

Built by someone who stood post

Ronin: a samurai with no lord, working on his own terms. Web Ops: the work, run like an operation.

Built by someone who stood post

I served in the Marine Corps from 2013 to 2017. After that I worked armed security contracts in Afghanistan, Haiti and Saudi Arabia, then hospital security back home.

I know what one no-show does to a schedule, and who ends up covering it. Now I build websites for the companies that fill those posts: one person, one fixed price, plain answers.

Service record

Every post on this list had a schedule, a supervisor and a gap someone had to fill. That's the problem I build for.

How it works: audit, build, launch

A dim warehouse corridor at night with parked pickup trucks

Audit

Day 1. A 15-minute call. I look at your current site, if you have one, and ask what it needs to do: win clients, hire guards, or both.

Snow falling on a lit parking lot at night

Build

Days 2 to 12. I write and build the site and the application. You review it twice, by email or a short call.

An empty parking lot at night, wet with rain

Launch

Day 14. It goes live on your domain. The first application lands in your inbox, and I watch the first week of traffic with you.
