How it works: audit, build, launch

A dim warehouse corridor at night with parked pickup trucks

Audit

Day 1. A 15-minute call. I look at your current site, if you have one, and ask what it needs to do: win clients, hire guards, or both.

Snow falling on a lit parking lot at night

Build

Days 2 to 12. I write and build the site and the application. You review it twice, by email or a short call.

An empty parking lot at night, wet with rain

Launch

Day 14. It goes live on your domain. The first application lands in your inbox, and I watch the first week of traffic with you.

Every open post is overtime

A green guard booth on a quiet city street

When a guard quits, someone covers the shift at time and a half. Most applicants look for work on a phone. If your site can't take an application there, they apply to the next company on the list.

What your open posts cost

$4,560 in overtime premium alone, before recruiting costs and burned-out guards.

Posts × 40 hours × weeks × pay × 0.5, the extra half an hour of overtime costs. A hiring website is $1,500.
